CogniForgEx is developing a network of qualified subcontracting firms to support the execution of technology contracts across government and commercial markets.
We seek established service providers with proven technical capabilities, dependable operational resources, and the capacity to meet defined project requirements, performance standards, and delivery timelines.
Prospective subcontractors may submit their company qualifications, core service capabilities, geographic coverage, and relevant past performance for evaluation against current and anticipated contracting requirements.
Submission is voluntary and does not constitute subcontractor approval, a contractual relationship, or a commitment to award work. All engagements are subject to qualification, applicable requirements, and executed agreements.
Successful contract delivery depends on capable subcontractors, clear accountability, and consistent performance.
CogniForgEx evaluates prospective subcontractors based on technical alignment, delivery capacity, operational reliability, and customer-specific requirements.
